The Looting of New Orleans

Banksy has been hitting up certain US cities, New York and New Orleans. This image is from New Orleans, National Guardsmen looting a house. I love it. Apparently several of his other works in NO have already been painted over. Too bad.

beautiful work --- did you see the post I did on him not long ago? He has some amazing other bits in this series as well. Such an incredible street artist.

I have done several silhouettes on our garage and barn, copied from him of course. This is an unnerving image.

Hey everyone, thank you for all your great comments. I think Banksy's work is extremely provocative, and really hits in the gut. It also has great wit.

Courtney, I must have missed your post about his work, I;m going to have to go back and find it, Don't know how I missed it.

Uncle Beefy, thanks for stopping by! I feel like I'm starstruck, I just love your blog, it's always inspiring. I'm glad you liked the post, I picked my favorite image.
